Cancellations
At least one week notice is required PER ROOM x PER NIGHT for refund of payment (minus the processing fee per room per night). That means if you reserve 1 room for 2 nights, you need to provide TWO weeks notice (more, if more rooms or more nights are booked).
If you book multiple rooms or multiple nights, please call Ty at 435-491-0230 for cancellation details.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All room rates include a 15% non-refundable processing fee per room per night.
Check-In/Check-Out
Remember your check-in time is anytime after 3pm. Check-out anytime before 11am.
Children
We don’t officially accommodate children, but children 12 and older can be booked as “adults”. Any younger guests must be approved before booking. Call 435-491-0230 for more information.
Food Allergies/Dietary Needs
Please relay any food allergies or any special needs/requirements/requests in the “Notes” section of your booking.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on the property.
